**2.1 Two Years Package**
– Monthly Fee: $99 (Inc. GST)
– One-Time Setup Fee: $349 (Inc. GST)

– Building Your Website
– Hosting Fee
– Printer and Tablet
– 24/7 Support
– Menu Updates
– Picture Updates
**2.2 One Year Package**
– Monthly Fee: $129 (Inc. GST)
– One-Time Setup Fee: $449 (Inc. GST)
**Included Services:**
– Building Your Website
– Hosting Fee
– Printer and Tablet
– 24/7 Support
– Menu Updates (Installation included, subsequent updates cost $125 each)
– Picture Updates (Installation included, subsequent updates cost $125 each)
**3. Payment Terms**
– Payment for the selected package is due monthly and shall be automatically deducted from your provided payment method.
– The one-time setup fee is payable upfront upon signing up for the service.
– All fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
**4. Cancellation**
– In case of cancellation by the restaurant/merchant, the full remaining balance of the contract shall be due immediately.
– Folk Hero reserves the right to terminate the service at its discretion with appropriate notice.
**5. Intellectual Property**
– Folk Hero retains ownership of the software, website, and any related intellectual property.
– You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our software without prior written consent.
**6. Limitation of Liability**
– Folk Hero is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
